Single room for rent - 1026 Echandens, Chemin Du Muveran 8

Following the departure of my roommate, I am looking for a new person to take their place in the apartment.
The room for rent is located in a furnished 3.5-room apartment, with a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a living room.
The apartment is located in Échandens, 2 minutes from the Echandens Centre stop. From there, a bus runs every 20 minutes and takes you to EPFL in 15 minutes.
There is a pharmacy and a Volg nearby the accommodation.
The available room is fully furnished, but it is possible to empty it if you wish to bring your own furniture. It currently contains a wardrobe, a bed, and a desk.
Common cellar and laundry in the building.
Bicycle garage and the possibility to rent a parking space for a car for an additional fee.
The lease is already signed for a duration of one year, until July 2026. After this date, I will leave the apartment, but you can of course take over the lease in your name if you wish.
The monthly rent is approximately 900 CHF, including charges approximately 950 CHF.
For the application, you need to provide an ID and a debt collection extract dated less than 3 months.
