Single room for rent - 8404 Winterthur, Talackerstrasse 75

The room is 16.3 m² in size and is located on the 1st floor. Our home extends over three floors – each with a fully equipped apartment including kitchen and bathroom. In the basement, a washing machine and dryer are available for shared use, and on the 2nd floor, there is even a small home cinema for cozy movie nights. If you need storage space: There is enough room in the attic and basement for everything that shouldn't be in the way every day.

There is also a lot to discover outside: Our garden is a small oasis with a pool for summer days, a covered Bali lounge for relaxing, a large dining table with a grill for shared evenings, and a vegetable garden where we can plant and harvest together. Palms and hammocks bring a holiday feeling right into everyday life. And when it gets cooler outside, we like to enjoy the evening by the fire pit – with tea, mulled wine, or a warming fondue.

In addition to the rent, there are monthly costs of about Fr. 50 to 100 for Wi-Fi, Serafe, cleaning, and other internal shared flat costs.

We are looking for an open-minded, responsible person who is eager to actively participate in shared flat life and – like us – has a good sense of order and cleanliness. Currently, we are looking for a single person without children who is also willing to help with house and garden work. Since two roommates are currently learning German, we are looking for someone who already speaks German and can ideally communicate in English as well.

We are a lively eight-person shared flat – open, creative, and versatile. We enjoy cooking and eating together, spending time in the garden, and occasionally going on trips. Respectful interaction and mutual consideration are central to us. We appreciate a cozy, drug-free environment without many parties in the house – and we want to maintain this calm, pleasant atmosphere in the future.

Our shared flat crew:

• Daniela (42) works as a social educator, clown, and in a children's circus, loves yoga, the Lucerne carnival, and fondue over the fire.
• Raphi (33) is a class teacher in a lower grade, enjoys cracking escape rooms and other puzzles.
• Alessandro (26) is an architect, passionate cook, and often found in the bouldering hall. He comes from Italy.
• Timothé (28) works in the field of 'artificial intelligence' and is very sporty. He comes from France.
• Nicole (33) works in field sales and finds her balance in yoga.
• Amanda (29) works in tourism and enjoys spending her free time on DIY projects.
• Henrik (22) is a bike mechanic, studies on the side, and loves everything with two wheels.
  Cat Mimi (7) is cuddly and people-oriented – unfortunately, she doesn't get along well with other animals, so no additional pets are possible. She belongs to the shared flat, and we would appreciate it if you could take care of her a little and contribute to the costs.
