I am looking for a roommate for my penthouse apartment (3 rooms/90m2) in the center of Zizers.

The shared room (approx. 10m2), unfurnished, has built-in wardrobes.
Monthly rent 745.- /excl. electricity

For shared use:
-Living room, with fireplace, small balcony and open kitchen area.
-Bathroom with bathtub and separate shower.
-Laundry room / tumbler

Bus stop and shops are in the immediate vicinity.
The room is available from February 1st, 2025.

I and my two small dogs (13 and 15 years old), would be happy to have a cheerful, animal-loving and communicative roommate who is looking for a new home in the long term.
