Looking for someone to sublet or become the new main tenant of my room in Regensdorf (ZH) – May to July 2025

Hey! I'm moving out and looking for someone to take over my room in our WG from May 1st until the end of July or even later.

📍 Location: Gerenstrasse 72, 8105 Regensdorf – 20 min from Zurich by public transport, with shops and cafes nearby. ETH Hönggerberg is only 30 minutes away, so it's ideal for students too!
🛏️ Room: 11.2 m², unfurnished, with a window facing a quiet, green meadow – super peaceful and bright
🏠 Flat: Recently renovated shared apartment with 5 rooms (currently only 2 are occupied). We've got:
– A big, fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher
– 2 bathrooms: one with a shower, the other with a bathtub
– A spacious, sunny balcony – perfect for chilling or having coffee outside

💰 Rent: CHF 830/month (includes water and heating)
📆 When: May 1st to July 31st

The WG is super calm at the moment – one flatmate is about to leave, and the other one is Max (architecture student, very friendly and helpful). It's a great spot if you're looking for peace and quiet, with plenty of space to study or relax.
