Single room for rent - 7075 Churwalden

Who occasionally feels drawn to the mountains for being, working, hiking, skiing, biking...?

In our 5.5-room shared apartment (old building) in Churwalden/Graubünden, a room will be available from the beginning of August or earlier by arrangement. Unfurnished, possibly furnished by arrangement. Shared use of living room, hallway with dining table, guest room by arrangement, balcony, inventory. Suitable for holiday or part-time residence.

We are an active family with two small children from Bern with roots in Churwalden, as well as a sporty couple around 40 from St. Gallen. Everyone likes it uncomplicated, tidy, and sociable. We are there about every two weeks, sometimes longer, sometimes shorter, sometimes together, but often not.
