Single room for rent - 5200 Brugg AG, Zurzacherstrasse 70

From September 2025, I am looking for two uncomplicated roommates for the formation of a WG in an older house at Zurzacherstrasse 70 in Brugg. Two rooms are available: one with 12 m² for 760 CHF and another with 16 m² including a private balcony for 850 CHF. Both rooms are located on the quiet garden side with a beautiful view towards the Aare.

The house will be completely cleared and cleaned before moving in.

The large garden offers plenty of space with a vegetable bed, various fruit trees, and a lot of lawn that can be used for further design. For the community, there is a large balcony accessible from the living room. A respectful interaction and a common understanding of cleanliness, especially in the kitchen and shared spaces, are important to me.

I am 28 years old, female, work as a teacher for textiles and technical design, and have training as a seamstress. I express my creativity in my studio in the house and look forward to discovering the garden as a new hobby.

I am looking for roommates who are uncomplicated, value personal freedom, and are considerate in everyday life. I would be very happy about a shared glass of wine in the garden, but it is not a must – just as the desire for quiet moments is respected.
