Single room for rent - 8408 Winterthur, Zypressenstrasse 7

Due to my internship, I am looking for a roommate from now until mid-September 2025 (or by arrangement). The room is 10.4 m2 large and furnished. Since I will be away during this time, the rental agreement is limited. I am already the subtenant of this room. I am renting it together with the actual tenant due to the long commute.

Facilities:
You will have a bed, a wardrobe, a desk, and a wall mirror at your disposal. The apartment is equipped with a small living area, kitchen, bathroom (shower and toilet in a separate room), and two balconies. The washing machine is located in the basement and is shared by the residential block. You also have access to a bike room.

The Winterthur train station can be reached by bus/bike in 10-15 minutes. If you are a student at ZHAW Health, it takes you 10 minutes by bike/bus to get there. Shopping options are directly nearby: Coop, Migros, drugstore, pharmacy.

We are two women and two men from different professional fields, aged between 22 and 26. We are a rather quiet shared apartment that values privacy and personal retreat. At the same time, we appreciate spontaneous encounters, conversations, discussions, and shared meals. In our free time, we pursue various hobbies (hiking, handball, athletics, football).

We are looking for:
An independent, uncomplicated person around our age who would like to temporarily become part of our shared apartment. Our shared apartment also includes our cat Ayo, so it is an advantage if you do not have a pet allergy ;)
