1 month temporary sub-let until end of March

Hello!

We are looking for someone to take over a room in our 5-person apartment in a cosy house with garden in Oerlikon. The room is available starting March and needs to be vacated by the end of March due to the rental contract ending. Please note: everyone in the flat will be vacating and clearing all furniture from the house in the final week of March and we must hand over the keys to the empty flat on the last day of March.

The current tenants of the apartment are 2 guys (1 swiss, 1 German Serbian), and 2 girls (Swiss, Italian), all around 22-26 y.o.

The apartment location is awesome: 5 mins walking from the Oerlikon train station, 2 mins from tram (10, 11, 12, 14, 15), 2 mins from shops, supermarkets and restaurants. And all that in a calm and green neighbourhood of single family houses. The price of the room includes everything (heating, electricity, water, internet, eventual repairs costs...). The room can be provided furnished if needed with a bed/mattress, shelves, sofa, closet, desk, balcony table/chairs that you can see on pictures.
