I'm looking for someone to take over my furnished room in a 2-room apartment in Zurich as soon as possible. The sublease runs until May 30, 2026 and must be taken over.

• The flat is mostly used alone, as the flatmate is only in Zurich every 2–3 months for a few days
• When she's in town, she sleeps in the living room

• Bus stop right in front of the building
• Very central and well connected

Details:
• Deposit: 1 month's rent
• Move-in: immediately
