- Large park-like garden with direct access to the Birs
- Rent share 720 CHF incl. utilities. (unfurnished) / furnished on request 800 CHF incl. utilities
- The apartment is located directly at the train station. S-Bahn every half hour to Basel SBB (22 min.) or Laufen (12 min.)
- If you like gardening, there is plenty of space for that. We have free rein in the design from the landlord's side.

I am a 67-year-old male, freelance (coaching, communication training, theater, music & sound) and mostly stay in my sound room in the basement when I am not working outside. I enjoy cooking and prefer to eat together rather than alone, I am an open and uncomplicated as well as calm, active roommate with a lot of WG experience. I envision a relaxed exchange in shared living and like to cook/eat together from time to time. Everything casual, but no "sneaking past each other".
