Single room for rent - 8400 Winterthur, Pflanzschulstrasse 6a

Starting August 1, 2025, a room will be available in our 9-person shared apartment at Pflanzschulstrasse 6a in 8400 Winterthur! The room is 18.18m², bright, and offers enough space to set up individually and feel comfortable. Since we would like to balance the gender ratio in the shared apartment, we are particularly looking forward to applications from female candidates.

Our apartment has a cozy living room, a large kitchen, and a separate dining room. Additionally, there are four bathrooms (two of which have showers), three balconies, a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, a bike room, and a small storage room.

The location is very convenient: nearby you will find the Geiselweid indoor and outdoor pool, a Migros, a Denner, and a pharmacy. The bus stop Deutweg is about a 3-minute walk away, and the stop Pflanzschulstrasse is about 5 minutes away. By bus, you can reach Winterthur main station in less than 10 minutes.

We are a diverse group of students in their 20s. In everyday life, we often meet while cooking, eating, or in the common areas. And even though we like to spend time together, there is still enough space and retreat options despite the number of roommates, so that you don’t cross paths too much.
