Hey!

We - Augustin, 28, musician & Inji, 30, librarian - are looking for a third person for our new beautiful 4.5-room apartment on the ground floor at Landskronstrasse in St. Johann, Basel. The apartment was freshly renovated this year, has a balcony, a large bathroom with a bathtub, a cozy living room, and an open kitchen.

We are also moving in only in July and aim to make something absolutely beautiful out of it! We welcome people of all ages, backgrounds, and genders. We love music, cooking, movies, and good company... (Unless you want your peace, you are absolutely free to be yourself!)

A small note for musicians, however, is that the landlord does not wish for instruments to be practiced at home.

The room is not furnished but we are happy to help you move in! It is 12.7 m2 large and has large windows facing Landskronstrasse with a view of lovely trees.
