By mutual agreement (03.05.2025), I am renting a small fully furnished room in my duplex house in Othmarsingen. Equipped with a pull-out bed/desk/wardrobe/dresser. Everything as visible in the photos. Bed linen and towels are also available free of charge if needed. The entire house is fully equipped with everything you need to live and feel comfortable.

For communal use, there are two bathrooms, kitchen, living and dining area, winter garden, laundry room (dryer/washing machine), two large terraces with seating area, large grill, area to chill. Included in the total price are internet, bike storage, electricity, water, coffee.

We value togetherness just as much as the opportunities for retreat after a tiring workday. Cleanliness is very important to us for feeling comfortable, as well as finding a roommate for a longer period. We are a quiet household.
