Nel nostro appartamento studentesco nel quartiere di St. Johann si libera una stanza.
L'appartamento si trova in Gasstrasse 66, al quarto piano di un condominio molto tranquillo e silenzioso, facilmente raggiungibile in pochi minuti da diverse fermate presenti in zona: Kannenfeldplatz, Bahnhof St. Johann e Voltaplatz.
Si compone di questa camera di 14m2, altre due camere da letto, cucina, ampio soggiorno con balcone e due bagni. C è anche la cantina, il locale bici e nel condominio sono presenti ben due lavanderie (uso delle macchine non a pagamento). nell'appartamento vivono altre due ragazze che studiano all'uniersita di Basilea.

Dietro casa c'è una coop, ma poco più in là si trovano anche la Migros e il Denner.
Il biozentrum, il dipartimento di fisica e chimica, di farmacia e la palestra dell università si raggiungono tranquillamente in 10 minuti a piedi,mentre in una ventina di minuti l'Hauptbibliothek e il Kollegienhaus.
Tra le tante opzioni, ad esempio da Kannenfeldplatz prendendo il Bus 50 si raggiunge la stazione centrale in 15 minuti. (Con lo stesso bus si raggiunge anche l'EuroAirport in 10m.

L affitto ammonta a 718 CHF comprese tutte le spese e il WiFi.
La stanza è disponibile da giugno 2025

A room will become available in our apartment in the St. Johann neighborhood.
The apartment is located at Gasstrasse 66, on the fourth floor of a very quiet and peaceful building, easily reachable within a few minutes from several nearby tram/bus stops: Kannenfeldplatz, Bahnhof St. Johann, and Voltaplatz. the apartment is shared with two other girls who study at the university of Basel.

The apartment consists of this 14m2 room, two other bedrooms, a kitchen, a spacious living room with a balcony, and two bathrooms. There's also a basement storage room, a bike room, and two laundry rooms in the building (washing machines are free to use).

There's a Coop just behind the building, and both Migros and Denner are also within walking distance.

The Biozentrum, as well as the Departments of Physics, Chemistry, and Pharmacy, and the university gym, can all be reached on foot in about 10 minutes. The main university library (Hauptbibliothek) and the Kollegienhaus are about a 20-minute walk away.

There are plenty of public transport options. For example, from Kannenfeldplatz you can take bus 50 to reach the main train station in 15 minutes and the same bus gets you to the EuroAirport in just 10 minutes

The rent is CHF 718, all utilities and WiFi included.
The room is available from June 2025.
