The furnished room is bright, quiet and 13.5 m² large. Kitchen and laundry room for shared use (if you want to bring your own bed/mattress, that's also possible). There is pleasant underfloor heating, a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, vacuum cleaner, iron, a bar counter.
I use the guest toilet and you the one in the shower room. Only the shower is shared, so everyone has their own throne ;-)

I, male, sympathetic, spontaneous and vegan ;-) speak German, Italian, English, and Spanish

We are looking for
I am looking for a quiet, above all clean (because I am also clean) female roommate (older than 25), non-smoker, at least vegetarian, as meat is taboo in the refrigerator ;-) and without TV. You are welcome to cook together sometimes.
I myself like to cook (vegan), read and dance salsa.
