A room (approx. 14 sqm) is available in our 3-person shared apartment starting immediately - preferably long-term, but also temporary until the end of August or September is possible.

About us:
We are Max (32), a management consultant, and Sophie (28), a resident doctor in gynecology. We lead an open and pleasant coexistence. We enjoy meeting each other in everyday life, but also respect each other's privacy. This is explicitly not a purpose-driven shared apartment.

About the apartment and the room:

• Room size: approx. 14 sqm
• Rent deposit: CHF 4810
• Internet and cleaning lady: separate from the rent

If interested, furniture from the vacated room can be purchased on a negotiable basis. For long-term rentals, a one-time advance payment for commonly used furniture and utensils (e.g., terrace furniture, living room table, etc.) is required. This can be passed on to the next tenant upon moving out.
