I am looking for a flatmate for a new establishment in Buochs.

About me:
I am Tobi (25), working part-time in Stans, part-time student in Lucerne. I am more of a person for myself, but still like to be part of a casual conversation. I often spend my evenings at the PC chatting with friends or outside in the summer or on the motorcycle. I am basically an uncomplicated person who appreciates order and mutual consideration. I am looking for a roommate who has similar qualities.

About the apartment:

• Practical, spacious built-in wardrobe in the entrance area
• Modern kitchen with plenty of storage, windows, and thoughtful layout
• Large bathroom with window
• Large bedroom with direct access to the balcony
• Bright, spacious living room with balcony access
• Shared washing machine in the basement, uncomplicated handling with a flexible washing plan
• Basement compartment included

Parking or garage space can be rented for CHF 120.– / month

Since I am moving out of my home, we would need to furnish the apartment with new furniture.

We would look at everything else together with the current tenant.
