Single room for rent - 6343 Rotkreuz

I (66y,f) am renting a cozy room in a 5.5-room apartment (from approx. June 1, 2025). The apartment is divided into two levels: Your room is located in the lower area, while my area with living room and kitchen is upstairs.

Since I like to use the upper area as a retreat, I would prefer that it is not used frequently. Of course, the kitchen is available for shared use, but respectful and less frequent use would be ideal. The bathroom is shared with other roommates, and further arrangements for cohabitation are welcome.
