Single room for rent - 8706 Meilen, Seestrasse 631

I am searching for someone who would like to rent a room in Meilen during the week (Monday - Friday, not the weekends). It would work perfectly for someone who travels to Zürich for work during the week.
On Tuesday evenings you would have the apartment to yourself.

The apartment is very close to the train station (5 min walk). No parking is available, but there is on-street parking and a parking house close by.

The room is furnished with a 140cm bed (with memory foam mattress) and some drawers for clothes storage. Linen and towels are provided. The bathroom is shared. The kitchen is large and well equipped with everything you need. The apartment has a washing machine in a small room off the kitchen.

Well-behaved dogs are allowed, but cannot be left alone in the apartment for more than 2 hours. I have a small dog (5kg) so they would need to get along. I am a 35 year old woman who lives alone, with a partner who spends the night occasionally. I like to cook, workout and have chilled evenings during the week. I am tidy and clean and a cleaner comes every second week. I speak English and German.


The room is available from beginning of July. Short-term rental is also fine. Let me know if you have any questions!
