We are a two-person flatshare located on Industriestrasse in Zug. My current flatmate is moving out, which is why I (m, 31) am looking for a new flatmate. I'm looking for an easy-going person between the ages of 25 and 35. The total living space is approximately 75 m².
Available for sole use is a bright bedroom (10.35 m²) with an east-facing window and a view of the Zugerberg, shown in the 2nd and 3rd photos.

•Living and dining room (22.40 m²)
•Hallway with built-in wardrobes (10.39 m²)
•Fully equipped kitchen incl. oven, stove, dishwasher, espresso machine, and dishes/cutlery (5.56 m²)

•Balcony (approx. 5 m²)
•Basement storage room
•Rooftop terrace for communal use
•Possibility to rent a garage or outdoor parking space can be clarified with the landlord.
Move-in is possible immediately or by August 1, 2025, at the latest.
