The room is in a 4.5-room apartment on the 1st floor of a residential block. It is about 13m2 in size, while the entire apartment is about 100m2.

The room would be available from 20.05.2025, or by arrangement.

The apartment has:

• A large living and dining room, which is perfect for spending time together or inviting people over.
• Kitchen with dishwasher (!)
• 2 bathrooms (bath/WC + WC), meaning no bathroom congestion in the morning.
• Small balcony – perfect for deep talks on mild summer evenings.
• 2 cellar compartments, with enough space for all kinds of collectibles.
• Bicycle cellar, laundry room, and garden for shared use with the other residents of the residential block.
• Nice and uncomplicated neighbors.

The location:

• Main train station (15min on foot, 5min by bike/bus)
• Old town (6min on foot)

Right next door:

• Bus stop Fotozentrum
• Migros, Denner, post office, pharmacy
• Indoor and outdoor swimming pool, sports facility Deutweg (about 5min)

We are looking for an open, uncomplicated, and friendly person for our 3-person shared apartment. Ideally, you are of a similar age (about 20-30 years) and envision communal living similar to us.

The apartment is a home for me and not just a purpose-driven shared apartment. I would be happy if you are interested in a bit of community – for example, chatting together in the evenings or doing something together in between. A certain level of order and cleanliness in the common areas is also important to me.

Even though I really like animals (I’m vegetarian), I would prefer if you don’t bring any permanent pets.

About me:
My name is Athi (26, m) and I grew up here in Winterthur. I am an enthusiastic cyclist, an absolute airplane nerd, and I enjoy being outdoors. In summer, you can often find me at the Töss, on the beach volleyball court, on my racing bike, or in a glider. And when the weather isn’t cooperating, I also enjoy staying at home watching bad movies or spending hours playing board and card games. Shared pizza evenings and spontaneous activities? Always welcome!

I consider myself quite uncomplicated (I claim...) and I can get excited about many things. I appreciate a family-like atmosphere in the shared apartment, but I also need my time for myself.

In addition, I am doing my doctorate in economics and will likely be busy with that for a while. Therefore, I am sometimes very busy and away a lot, and sometimes immersed in home office for days.

Since my current roommates are moving out at the same time, I am looking for two new roommates.
