The bright room offers enough space for everything you need to feel comfortable. It is unfurnished, but a nearly new wardrobe can be purchased from the previous tenant if interested, including lamp and curtain (CHF 2.0.-).

About Us:
We are a 4-person shared apartment (Lucas, Abo & Timo, in their mid-20s and employed) and look forward to a roommate who fits well into our relaxed but organized shared living. If the opportunity arises, we like to do things together, while everyone has their own retreat space. Order, cleanliness, and a cozy coexistence are important to us.
We share our home with two playful cats, Schnurrbi and Mauzi. They love to be petted!

Rent:
The ancillary costs included in the rent are charged in advance and depend on actual consumption. Any additional payment or refund will be made proportionally after the billing period. Electricity costs will be charged separately according to consumption and divided among us, as well as internet costs will be shared.
