About us
With you, we will be a total of 3 in the shared apartment. I am 27 and work as a data scientist (previously studied physics at EPFL). The second roommate is somewhat younger and is in a bachelor's program. The third roommate (who is moving out at the end of June) is also in a bachelor's program.
Occasionally, we cook or eat together, and with previous roommates, I also sometimes went to university sports together. However, often no one is in the shared apartment over the weekend.

The shared apartment has 4 rooms + kitchen and WC/shower. The room opposite the kitchen is used as a dining room. Additionally, we have a very spacious cellar.

The neighborhood is cozy and relatively green, with many smaller (row houses). In our block, there are a total of 6 apartments, with very pleasant neighbors.

Except for Lucerne, you can reach everything by bike in about 15-20 minutes, the university of applied sciences is about 8 minutes away. Preferably, the rental period is > 6 months. A rental start from the beginning of September is also an option.

Pets are not allowed. We are looking for a single person for the room (no couples or families).
