Single room for rent - 6006 Luzern

Hey there! We are looking for a new flatmate for our beautiful, quiet, and cozy apartment in Maihof (Lucerne).

Our shared apartment is not a party hotspot, but rather a place to feel comfortable, unwind, and live together in a relaxed manner. We like it when things are generally clean and tidy – not sterile, but enough so that everyone can feel at home. We enjoy having a tea or beer together or chatting in the kitchen, but everyone also has their own retreat space, and that is respected.

What is important to us:
• an uncomplicated interaction with each other
• a certain basic understanding of cleanliness and communal living
• a relaxed, positive atmosphere in the house
• no constant entertainment, but also no silence monastery – just a good coexistence.

The room is 14 m² large, bright, and quiet with a view of greenery. The rent is 600 CHF including utilities.

You will be living with Rahel and Manuel – both are students between 25 and 30 years old. They are very active and enjoy spending time at the football club or snowboarding. It would be best if you just come by to get to know us!
