We are looking for a nice subtenant for a free room in our cozy 4.5 room apartment in a good location. The room is available from August 31, 2025 or by arrangement and is ideal for professionals or students who appreciate a relaxed and social atmosphere.

Room 2 & shared area:

• Small bedroom: 11 m², unfurnished
• Size of your bathroom: 4.7 m²
• Size of shared area: 70 m²
• Rent: CHF 630.- per month (including internet, excluding additional costs)
• Available: immediately
• Parking: can be rented for 100.- per month through the administration or shared with me for 50.-

The WG offers:

• balcony with a view of the Pilatus

Location:
The apartment is located in close proximity to the forest and public transport. By bus, you can reach Lucerne station in about 20 minutes. Shopping options are available in Würzenbach or Meggen. Both are easily accessible on foot or by public transport.

About us:
You will share the apartment with Angi (F/31), I am the main tenant, and Lennart (M/31). Lennart works as a carpenter and I am currently completing my training as a nutrition specialist. We are both open, uncomplicated, and tidy people. We live collegially together, enjoy doing things together, but also give each other the desired space.

Requirements:
We are looking for a responsible and reliable subtenant who values cleanliness and order. Smoking is NOT allowed in the WG!!

Viewing:
We will offer four viewing appointments. If we feel that you fit well into our WG, we will send you the exact details for a viewing.

Availability:
As long as the ad is online, the room is still available.
