The room is 19m2 in size and is part of a 4-room apartment in the quiet Wesemlin district near the old town of Lucerne. The room has direct access to the spacious balcony.
The apartment has a small living/dining room, a kitchen with a dishwasher, a bathroom, and a generous, sunny balcony, as well as a small kitchen balcony. The apartment is centrally located yet in a quiet environment.

We are looking for an open, sociable, and uncomplicated person between 25 and 39, for whom order is not a foreign word, who takes consideration for their roommates and wants to live in a shared apartment where one occasionally eats together and does something together - but also respects each other's privacy.

We are Celine, a master's student at HSLU, and Lukas, a landscape architect for the city. In our free time, we both enjoy being outdoors, whether cycling, climbing, or going on ski tours, and we also like to go out together. Otherwise, we appreciate good food and also enjoy a relaxed coffee on the balcony.
