Hello everyone,
I am looking for a quiet and reliable roommate for my 3.5-room old apartment in the Triebschenquartier. Including me, we would thus be a 2-person shared apartment.
The apartment on the ground floor is quietly located and at the same time well connected to public transport. The main train station can be reached on foot in less than ten minutes. Various shopping options are located directly across the street.
The apartment is rented with the following furnishings:
• Your room with bed and mattress, chair, and clothes rack

Shared rooms:
Living room with table, chairs, sofa
• 1 bathroom with bathtub
• separate toilet with window (Both bathrooms have been freshly renovated)
• Kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, and refrigerator
• Flooring corridor, living and bedrooms: parquet
• Flooring bathroom: stone slabs
• Intercom
Washing machine & dryer in the basement

Electricity, Wi-Fi, etc. will be charged separately.
