Single room for rent - 6004 Luzern

I am renting a room in a cozy 2-person shared apartment starting in August:
=> Room size: approx. 12m²
=> Location: Lucerne Bramberg, near the cantonal hospital
=> Living room/kitchen/bathroom are equipped
=> Cellar/balcony available, washing machine and outdoor grill area shared with other parties
=> Your room is unfurnished (some furniture available upon agreement, such as a desk)

About me: I am Evelyn (25), working in marketing and moving into this apartment in August. In my free time, I enjoy being outdoors, love to cook, and am always excited about new activities. A straightforward coexistence, order, and cleanliness are important to me.

Further: Move-in date is from Mon, 04.08. after the holiday/weekend (according to the contract, possibly a little earlier). The ancillary costs included in the rent are charged in advance and depend on actual consumption. Any additional payment or refund will be made proportionally after the billing period of the main tenant. The electricity costs will be charged separately according to consumption and split 50/50 between us, as well as the internet costs.
