It is located in a cozy 4-room maisonette apartment on the 3rd floor (no elevator) with a studio (4th floor) and a private roof terrace (5th floor). The kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher. The laundry room is available for shared use in the basement. Additional storage space is provided by 1 basement compartment belonging to the apartment.

The apartment is very centrally located in the Neustadt quarter, close to Helvetiaplatz and a 5-minute walk from the train station. Bars, restaurants and shopping facilities (Migros, Coop, kiosk) are in the immediate vicinity.

About us
We are Jesabelle (25) and Lorena (26).
Jesabelle studies at PH and already works part-time as a teacher. In her free time she enjoys expressing herself creatively through painting and likes to play the guitar.
Lorena studies psychology and also works part-time. In her free time she likes to do sports for balance, reads books and meets with friends.

We are looking for
Together we are looking for a new flatmate preferably from 01.06.2025 or by arrangement, aged approx. 20 – 30 years. We are not a party flat, but we appreciate visits from our friends. We are moving together into the new apartment near Helvetiaplatz because renovation work is starting in our current apartment.
The apartment can only be viewed on May 7th, 2025 at 7 pm, as it is still occupied by tenants. Afterwards we would be happy to go with you to our current apartment so that we can get to know each other and you can see the equipment and furniture.
