A room in my 2-person shared apartment will be free from July 1st, 2025.
The apartment is located in Lucerne, about 12 minutes' walk from the train station and Ufschötti – by bike you are there in 5 minutes. The bus stop is right in front of the house, so it is very well connected.
The rent is CHF 884.– per month, including all utilities (heating, operating costs, electricity and Serafe – calculated based on the last year).

The apartment includes:

• a large, shared living room,
• an open kitchen with laundry facilities,
• bathroom with bathtub,
• and your future unfurnished room.

About me:
I am Enna (25) and am studying Spatial Design in my second year at HSLU. I am a lively and creative person, I like to be out and about – whether outdoors in nature or in the city – and at home I cook, bake or paint when I have time.

I am looking for a person who appreciates home as a place of peace and retreat – a space where we can both recharge our batteries and feel comfortable. At the same time, I enjoy exchange, spontaneous conversations, a shared dinner or an after-work beer. I like it when a friendly, relaxed atmosphere develops.
