Single room for rent - 6003 Luzern

Hello everyone!

I am looking for a new roommate starting from 1.10.25, as the current one is moving in with her boyfriend.

Rent: 1,030 CHF per month including all additional costs like internet, etc.

We have three separate rooms, a bathroom, a kitchen, a living room, and a balcony. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor. It takes 8 minutes to get to the main train station by bus (line 12, 19, or 2), or about 20 minutes on foot.

1½ rooms are available for you. Also, a corner of the living room is completely free and you can take it over.
We will of course share one room.

You can choose one of the two free rooms. (My room is not in the photos.)

There is plenty of space for new furniture everywhere. Also, the cabinets in the hallway, bathroom, and kitchen are half free for you.
Furniture can of course be rearranged.

We do not have a TV connection, as I do not watch television. The screen in the living room is connected to a PC.
About me:

I study Computer of Arts and am in my bachelor's program. In addition, I work part-time.
However, I sometimes come home at 2 AM.
I have two cats, Amelia and Velix, who are my top priority. You have no obligations regarding the cats.

Cleanliness and order are VERY important to me, and I expect you to adhere to these as well.
