A room in our shared apartment will become available on May 1st. The apartment is not the newest, but it offers everything you need to feel comfortable.
The room: It is 11 m² large and offers enough space for your furniture. The rent is approx. CHF 650.–, including utility costs, WLAN and TV.
The apartment: You will share a living room for relaxing, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a separate toilet (ideal for a shared apartment) and two small balconies with us. The laundry room is shared with other tenants, but you can register flexibly. If you have a car, there is the possibility to rent a garage space.
The location: Directly in front of the house there are shopping facilities, a pharmacy and a tram station. By tram you are at Basel SBB train station in just 10 minutes.
About us:
I am Flavia, 26, a master student, I like to travel, but I am also up for cozy cooking or game evenings.
Marius, 27, is a commissioning engineer and travels a lot both professionally and privately.
We are open-minded, uncomplicated and wish for a person who is also interested in a pleasant life together. Whether you prefer to have your peace or like to do things together – the main thing is that we get along well.
