I am renting out a fully furnished room in a very bright and large apartment in Zurich City right in front of the Zweiackerstrasse bus stop. Bus #31 takes you to through the city centre!

The room is about 16m² and comes with a double bed, clothes rack, chest of drawers, night table, desk and chair. All bills (water, heating, electricity, gas, internet, Serafe) are included. Cleaning of the common areas two times a month is also included.

Rest of the house: The kitchen is equipped with all dishes, pots & pans, toaster and waterboiler, and dishwasher. There is also a balcony for common use.

The cellar has a washing machine and tumbler without the need to schedule it.

Your future flatmates would be Olena (32) and Catarina (25).

Everything is done with a contract! I use the standard template form from the canton of Zurich.
