In our cozy 3-person shared apartment, a room will be available from September 1, 2025.

Your room:
You can expect a very large, bright room with direct access to the balcony – perfect for relaxing. The furniture (except for the bed) must be taken over for an additional fee of CHF 200.–.

The apartment:
Old building apartment with very high ceilings!

• Living room with two sofas and dining table – ideal for shared evenings
• Modern kitchen with dishwasher
• Bathroom with its own washing machine (!!!)

Who we are:
You would replace Lea (student) and live together with:
– Reto (27, employed)
– Tilman (21, HSG student in computer science)
We are uncomplicated, like to cook together, and enjoy a game night from time to time.
What is important to us is a respectful coexistence – and that the apartment remains clean and tidy.

The apartment is ideally located:

• Spisertor stop (S21, Bus 151): right outside the door
• Old town: 1 min. on foot
• Marketplace: 3 min. on foot / 2 min. by bus
• Train station: 12 min. on foot / 5 min. by public transport
• HSG: 20 min. on foot / about 20 min. by bus

Costs:

• Rent: CHF 625.–
• Internet (fiber optic): CHF 12.–
• Electricity: approx. CHF 28.– (variable)

You:
We are looking for a roommate (m/f, 20–30 years), employed or student. You are responsible, uncomplicated, and looking for a relaxed home with nice people.
