Room for Rent in a 4.5-Room Apartment – Ideal for Weekly Commuters and Students

We are renting out a furnished room (12 m²) in our charming 4.5-room apartment in Waltikon. You will be sharing the apartment with me and my 12-year-old son.

The room comes with its own private bathroom with a sink and toilet. The shower and kitchen are shared with us. The apartment also has a balcony, which is available for communal use.

Parties are not welcome in our home, but we're always up for a friendly chat in the kitchen.

Location and Accessibility
The apartment is ideally located:
*15 minutes from Stadelhofen train station (via the S18 from Waltikon)
*The tram stop is right outside the front door, and a bus stop (with service to Küsnacht) is just a 2-minute walk away, providing great connections to nearby areas.

A Migros and a Coop are located right next to the apartment, making shopping very convenient.
