I (m30) am looking for a new roommate (m/f/d) from July 1st (or by arrangement) for a centrally located and quiet shared flat in the St. Otmar quarter in St. Gallen.
About the apartment:
The apartment on the 4th floor (there is a lift) is probably one of the most beautiful apartments in St. Gallen - if you are an Art Nouveau lover. It has 4 rooms: kitchen, bathroom with bathtub, toilet, living room and 3 further rooms. I live in the two smaller ones and you would comfortably furnish the other one. The living room has access to a small balcony with table, chairs and herbs. The bedrooms and living room have beautiful real wood parquet flooring. The kitchen has plenty of storage space and we even have a dishwasher! The washing machine for shared use with 3 other parties is in the basement. Downstairs in the house is the Kafi Otmar - a must for beer, coffee and tea lovers.

About me: I am Kennet (30, m) and I am studying social work part-time. I work 60% irregularly in residential child and youth welfare and study 40% at OST with graduation in summer 2027. I like to go out with friends, cycle, love music, like to go to concerts, do sports, like to cook, like to play games, keep many plants and like to spend time with my family.
What I imagine:
I am looking for someone between 25-35 years old, who is preferably also employed. I value a harmonious, informal life together with enough freedom and retreat, but also the occasional shared meal (in the beautiful living room or on the magnificent roof terrace) is important. In addition, cleanliness and order are important to me. Since we would only be two, you often have the apartment all to yourself.
