From July 2, 2025, or by arrangement, the room in my 2-person shared apartment in Seefeld near Zürichhorn will be available. Your room is about 28m2 and has a view of the cherry tree. The apartment is a total of 90m2, has a built-in wardrobe in the entrance area, and a separate bathroom/WC with a bathtub. A cellar compartment is also available. Washing machine and dryer are available for shared use. The quiet and central location is ideal. Tram 4, 2 and bus 33, 922 are reachable in 2 minutes on foot. The main station is 20 minutes away by public transport. The beautiful Lake Zurich is only a 4-minute walk away, and in the afternoon until about 28:30, there is sun on the balcony. :-) Migros/Coop are a 5-minute walk away. Additionally, there are two bakeries just around the corner.
There is also an additional small room (about 22m2) that I use as a music room.
I am Alice (35 years old, female), a singer and vocal teacher, and partially in HR, I love swimming and doing yoga. I am a positive, creative, and uncomplicated person and have many years of shared living experience.
I am looking for an uncomplicated, positive, and authentic person who is grounded in life and has shared living experience. I am also open to having an aperitif.
The wardrobe in the room is available for takeover for CHF 200.-, but it is not a must.
The room would also be suitable for weekly residents.
