I fell in love with this apartment at first sight and find it a shame that it is used so little as my holiday apartment. Therefore, I am looking for someone who would like to participate in the apartment (as a shared flat, holiday, or commuter apartment).
Since I only received the apartment key on June 15, there is still a LOT of design possibilities in the common areas.
Currently, a 20m^2 room is still completely free.
It has been renovated and is very charming with the sloping roof and visible beams. The room is facing east and has two skylights with blackout options. The large window to the dining area can be removed if necessary.
The apartment could hardly be more centrally located:
- only 5 min from Romanshorn train station (with direct connections via regional express, e.g. to St. Gallen, Zurich, or Konstanz)
- directly on the Lake Constance cycling path
- directly at the SeePark (public barbecue area, pedal boat rental, harbor, lake access for swimming, sunbathing area, beach bar, restaurants...)
Still very quiet, due to the nearby recreational area with a night driving ban.
I look forward to anyone who finds the apartment as wonderfully special as I do and wants to participate in its design.
