The kitchenette offers high-quality appliances and is fully equipped. The private laundry tower with washing machine and dryer is located in the utility room in the apartment. The bathroom is only shared with one roommate.
The apartment includes a private cellar compartment of 5 m2, one third of which can be used by each roommate.
I will sell my furniture if you find it useful.
