I will be moving out of this 5.5 room (4-person) shared apartment in the summer and am looking for a new tenant between the ages of 18 and 30. The apartment is rented through STUWO (Association for Student Housing) and is therefore geared towards students. The room is furnished with basic furniture (bed, desk, wardrobe, chest of drawers). The apartment is located in the residential area of Wittigkofen. With the tram, you can reach the train station in 15 minutes.
