15m2 large (or small) room on the 2nd floor of an old villa that is somewhat in need of renovation, but has charm and a large garden with a pizza oven and fire pit. We are students, gardeners, and social workers, and we have a shared cat, Martha. We are not a purpose-driven shared apartment and value order and cleanliness.
