Single room for rent - 1723 Marly, Route Bel-Air 56

Hello everyone! From 1st of August (or upon agreement) a room will be available in our shared flat!

About the room and the flat:
The room is 13 m2 with an east-facing window and is part of a 3-person shared flat on the first floor (with lift). We conveniently have two bathrooms, each with a bathtub or shower and our own washing machine. Of course there is a kitchen and a large, light-flooded living room with adjoining dining room and a cosy balcony that we use expecially in this season:).

Including utilities, the monthly rent is CHF 637. We don't have WLAN (still thinking about this), but always use our mobile phone hotspots.

About the location:
The flat is quietly located in the Bel-Air neighbourhood in Marly. The hiking trails in the forest start practically right outside the front door and you only have to cross the sports field and go down the stairs to get to the river. So it's great for anyone who enjoys being out in nature, whether it's walking, jogging, mountain biking or barbecuing by the river.
The connection to the city is also excellent: there is a Publibike station right next to the house and the "Bel-Air" bus stop can be reached in under 10 minutes (line 1). You can also cycle to the Pérolles campus in 10 minutes, the Miséricorde in 15 minutes and the train station in 10-15 minutes.
Coop, Lidl and Aldi are all no more than 5 minutes away by bike and can be reached on the way into town.

About you:
We are looking for someone who is studying or doing a PhD or is a young professional and would like to move in from around August. We're not complicated - if you're responsible and want to live in a shared flat, you'll fit in well with us. We can easily communicate in English, French or Italian or Chinese!

About us:
You would be living with Yixuan (26) and me (Claudia, 27).Yixuan is a PhD student at the Department of Philosophy, she speaks English, Chinese and is currently learning French, she wants to a relatively chill and peacefull life:)
Claudia is doing a PhD at the department of Chemistry, she speaks English, Italian and a bit of French. We are both quite full during the day but we love to spend some time together from time to time and we are loooking for a chill person like us!
