It has a cozy living room, a study room and a party room. There is a rooftop that has a beautiful view of zurich lake. The cleaning team comes every couple of days and clean the common space; kitchen, bath room and others. All the flatmate is super friendly and nice. This student residence exists until December so you will have approximately 6 months to live in. The rent is 990 CHF (all inclusive) per month.
