Single room for rent - 5210 Windisch

I (m 55), experienced in shared living, father of a soon-to-be 20-year-old daughter and a social pedagogue by profession. I like to spend my free time relaxing, e-biking and meeting friends. I offer a beautiful, bright attic room in a terraced house! The room has an area of approx. 20 square meters and offers enough space for all your personal belongings. It can be rented furnished or unfurnished and is available by arrangement. The living room and kitchen are available for shared use. There is a small toilet and a bathroom. There is also a small garden with a lounge and fire bowl.

I am looking for an open-minded personality – male or female – who is at least 25 to xx years old.

The room should be rented for at least six months. It is ideal for students at the FH Windisch, weekly visitors but also working people. The "Zelgli" bus stop is in the immediate vicinity. The Brugg train station is a 15-minute walk, 4 minutes by bike or 8 minutes by bus.

In our shared apartment we speak German and English, so you should be able to communicate in one of these languages.
