Available are 2 rooms, the complete living-dining room (approx. 32sqm) and a bedroom (approx. 13sqm). It can be furnished according to your own wishes. Personally, one room is enough for me, I don't need more, I now live very simply. For shared use are the bathroom (with shower and WM), guest WC, hallway, large terrace approx. 28sqm (partially covered) and kitchen. The bedroom is a walk-through room to the bathroom, so you should be able to cope with that. Included are WLAN, electricity and water as long as it remains within reasonable limits. TV only via internet possible. A cleaning lady comes every 2 weeks. A robot vacuum cleaner is in use 2x a week, therefore I would be happy if it were a clean and tidy person who wants to move in. A smaller dog, if possible female, would be welcome and should get along with others (one dog is already in the house) it can move freely on the property. Parking space for car.
