Single room for rent - 5027 Herznach

Looking for a roommate in an old farmhouse in the center of Herznach. For a great room furnished in white in Herznach. We are a 3-person shared apartment with 3 dogs and are looking for a new roommate due to a move-out. We heat completely with wood and you would have a room available on the ground floor. The room can be rented furnished or unfurnished. The price remains at 640 CHF per month. The room is about 15 sqm large with wooden floor and is located on the ground floor right next to the kitchen and bathroom. The window faces the garden and is therefore very quiet. However, in the summer, when we might sit outside, you could hear us. It would be nice if you like to help us with things, think alternatively, and maybe enjoy gardening, but it's not a must. The rent includes additional costs as well as a share of a cleaning lady for the common areas. We are not the tidiest shared apartment but try to have an orderly chaos, so a cleaning lady comes twice a month for support. It would be nice if you are not afraid of dogs. Weekend commuters are also welcome. We love to have nice conversations and often cook together. Otherwise, we both work shifts and are therefore at home at different times.
