Single room for rent - 5000 Aarau

Hello everyone,

I am looking for two roommates for a great 5.5-room apartment in beautiful Zelgli. Move-in would be August 1st.

You see the first room here. I am currently still advertising the second room with 1 square meter more. If you want to rent both rooms (e.g. also as an office), that is also possible.

About the apartment:
The apartment is large, bright and very well located - perfect for working people who value peace and a pleasant living climate. The forest is right next door and the bus stop to the train station is 20 meters away. By bike 3-4 minutes to the train station.

A parking space is available for the apartment, which we can possibly rent. Please let me know if you need this as well.

The apartment will be completely cleared, but I will bring some furniture:

• Television
• Dining table with chairs
• Sofa & carpet
• Various kitchen equipment

About me:
I am M/27, employed and will be finished with my master's thesis next winter. In my free time I am sporty - whether on my racing bike, jogging or in the gym.

I like to be social and appreciate good conversations - but I prefer to do the parties externally 😉. I work partly from home and have online customer appointments, so mutual consideration is important to me. In the evenings I am also sometimes in bed early.

What I wish for:

• You are about 25-30 years old (just a guideline...)
• It shouldn't be a student/party shared flat. The neighbours can't stand it anyway.
• You are reliable and tidy, friendly and know what it means to be considerate in a shared flat.
