Two beautiful rooms are becoming available for May and June in our large shared apartment located on the top floor of a magnificent master house, full of charm and bathed in light. ✨

The first room is about 25m²: spacious, bright thanks to its large windows, with high ceilings and plenty of storage, it will offer you a true cocoon of tranquility.

The second room is a little over 20m² with a private balcony, also bright and comfortable, perfect for feeling at home!

The apartment is large and warm: we share a livable kitchen, a friendly living room, as well as plenty of storage spaces (attic, cellar). The bathroom is shared with only one other person.

We are Romain (33), Simon (30), and Sandy (25), a friendly shared apartment where we like to chat after work over a meal, a drink, or a movie. Between skiing, skating, padel, rowing, soccer, board games, and music, our passions are varied, and we also enjoy going out together from time to time.
We are looking for someone nice, ideally professionally active, who likes to share while respecting everyone's spaces and moments.

🌍 Location: Right in the center of Pérolles, in a quiet neighborhood, just 5-6 minutes walk from the train station, with all amenities nearby.

🧹 Organization: Everyone participates in household chores, in a spirit of balance and respect.
