Room in house for rent: Cozy home with garden

We, Janik, Anya, and Uli (all employed), are looking for an open, clean roommate for a room in our beautiful house with a garden.

One roommate is moving out in September, and we would like to reassign the room. We enjoy being active, love hiking and CrossFit, and enjoy relaxed barbecue evenings in the garden.

We are looking for someone who can either move in full-time or as a weekly resident.
