Starting July 1, 2025, a bright and spacious room will be available in our cozy 2-person shared apartment! You would be living with Tobias, a friendly 25-year-old roommate. The apartment is located at Obergütschrain 5 – an idyllic, quiet neighborhood with plenty of nature right at your doorstep. The Sonnenberg is just a 10-minute walk away, and it takes only 10 minutes by bus to reach downtown Lucerne. The bus stop is a 2-minute walk away. The apartment is on the 5th floor (with elevator) and features a modern kitchen and a freshly renovated bathroom (2020). The living room invites you to linger and offers access to the sunny balcony – perfect for an after-work drink! Additionally, there is plenty of storage space thanks to a private cellar compartment, as well as drying and bike storage.
